Day of the Dead is coming!

Yesterday's blog featured some art from some different packaged foods we like. In general fresh foods are the best you can eat--but some good nutritious things DO come from packages.

Moore's Mill in Redding California cranks out some very good quality fresh flour--and they also sell yeast which is so much better than the commercial yeast that we have been buying in packets from the regular grocery stores that we could hardly believe the difference!

WHY SPEND YOUR MONEY ON DOCTORS?

THEY CAN"T MAKE YOU HEALTHY.
